Controls:

Use the Up, Down and Left arrow keys to play the notes as they reach the target circle.

Troubleshooting:

If you button presses aren't being picked up, try clicking on the game to give it focus.

Changing tabs will desync the video from the game.

The browser version can sometimes lag while playing videos, if you're having trouble download the Windows version.
